We did it!

Kyoto International School (KIS) has been officially informed that after an 11-month candidacy and authorization process the school is now an authorized IB World School for the IB Diploma!

KIS is now a three-programme IB school (IBPYP, IBMYP, IBDP) with holistic, child-centred programmes continuing from Early Years to Grade 12 and into University study!

The school community is very proud of this achievement and the impact that this will have on our students, teachers and school and the role that we can play as the only IB continuum school in Kyoto! The school would like to thank everyone who has been involved in making this happen!
